call us. we provide maintenance at reasonable rates, no matter how big or small your needs. we can help you decide what needs to be changed and how to change it.

we also provide ongoing maintenance for each of our design clients so you don't have to worry about the next phase of your site - or any future changes. we will work with you to develop a timeline if a full-scale site is beyond your budget.

we don't know every aspect of your business and we don't expect that you know every aspect of ours. for those of you who want to learn more, we provide our clients with several free, informational handouts (fun spare time reading!) that cover the following topics:

    • what to look for in a web host
    • how to define your target audience
    • how to design the structure tree of your site
    • goodies & effects: what works and what's too much

you can request any of these documents by filling out the "request information" form on the request page. they are provided in adobe acrobat reader (pdf) format.

we provide training in groups of one to three persons in the following genres:

    • web page maintenance (html & wysiwyg software)
    • graphic & photo editing
    • word processing & spreadsheets
    • email and web browsing

we can provide referrals to a variety of free software resources for many of these areas. however, it must be said that there is rarely a free lunch these days. for that reason, we use and recommend the following specific software:

    • macromedia dreamweaver (web page creation)
    • adobe photoshop (graphics/photograph manipulation)
    • macromedia fireworks (graphics)
    • swish (flash)
    • filemaker pro (databases)
    • adobe acrobat

our training is user-specific and paced for individual needs. we provide documentation for all lessons and offer ongoing free support via email.

TEMPLATE web design per page rate: $100

  • choose one of our premade designs
  • we'll plug in your information and away you go!
  • this affordable package includes setting up the template to reflect your name, entering the content (up to 4 photos per page and 2 page lengths of copy) that you give us and uploading it to the web hosting account you provide.
  • all other design features, including logos, graphics or template changes, are additional features that may be added from the menu below.
  • changes to template - $75/hr.

CUSTOM web design per page rate: $200

  • custom design from head to toe, based on your company's pre-existing branding, logo and/or colors. (does not include custom logo design - see menu below)
  • custom page content (up to 4 photos per page and 2 page lengths of copy) that you provide, including custom page headers, titles, menus and footers.
  • multimedia content and effects can be chosen from the menu below.

onsite training fees for basic computer and software training: $60/hr (local area only)

on-site professional photography fee structure

onsite photo shoot: $1100/day, $600/half-day + $60/hr travel time within 20 mi.

stock photography for your website: $50 per image
this fee licenses original m.e. parker photography image use for limited, non-exclusive, one-time use on your web site. images will not exceed 500 pixels in dimension and 72 ppi in resolution.  we have a very large portfolio of local southwest florida photography, suitable for most any need. please contact us for fees for high-resolution stock photography suitable for print media. reproduction or other use is strictly prohibited.
